I get Google a one star they have blocked me out of my business site. Keep telling me I broke the rules, but will not explain to me what role I have broke and where I have broke it they sell to the highest and try to dictate my constitution rights you never use Google. 2024-08-03: I have never been to this office. I enjoy reading people's reviews, and I have 5241 contributions, made 491 reviews, and added 4145 photos. I have over 5.5 million views. My reviews are no longer showing up for others to view. I have messaged the help center numerous times about the problem. The ONLY response I got back was telling me that my contributions have a lot of views. I already knew that! No help with my issue! I have tried to log out and log back in. I have tried to upgrade. For me the biggest issue was the huge discrepancy between expectations created by 4*, website and the price,  and reality. It really is an incredibly shabby hotel, everything is as cheap as it can be, hastily done. My room was very clean, no complaints, and the staff was not rude, but this isn’t the experience one would expect from a “boutique” 4* hotel at $400 / night. I was told that only water is complimentary, but they actually charge $30 for Keurig cups.. won’t be back.
